Joe Cutillo has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. since 2017 and brings 30 years of experience leading complex, transformational change to the role. Before joining Sterling in 2015, Mr. Cutillo served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Inland Pipe Rehabilitation LLC, a $200 million private equity-backed trenchless pipe rehabilitation company, from 2008 to 2015. Prior to this, he held leadership roles at Contech Construction Products, Ingersoll-Rand Corp, and General Electric. Mr. Cutillo serves on the Board of Directors for Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. and ARTBA (American Road & Transportation Builders Assoc.), where he is on the Executive Committee. He has also served on the Boards for National Liner and National Corrugated Pipe Association. Mr. Cutillo holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, where he was a member of the National Honor Society for Mechanical Engineers.<\/p>\n Close<\/a>\n Close<\/a>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n

Mrs. Villaverde serves as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer. She joined the company in March 2024 as Vice President of Finance and was promoted to her current roles in May 2024. Before joining Sterling, she was Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Dycom Industries, Inc. from 2018. Prior to this, Mrs. Villaverde served as Vice President of Finance at Natus Medical Incorporated and held accounting and financial management roles at Lockheed Martin Corporation and Alcon Inc. Mrs. Villaverde began her career as an accountant at Deloitte & Touche. With a wealth of over 25 years of accounting and finance experience gained from her management roles at prominent public companies spanning diverse industries, including telecommunications construction, medical device manufacturing, and defense contracting, she brings a depth of knowledge to Sterling. Mrs. Villaverde earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant.<\/p>\n Close<\/a>\n Close<\/a>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n

Mr. Govin serves as Sterling\u2019s Chief Operating Officer, joining the Company in August 2024. Before Sterling, he held multiple commercial and operations management roles within the energy infrastructure industry. In 2007, Mr. Govin joined Quanta Services, where he most recently held the position of Regional President. Prior to that, he served as President of Par Electrical Contractors and Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Govin brings 30 years of experience in operations and leadership to Sterling. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Roy E. Crummer School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay.<\/p>\n Close<\/a>\n Close<\/a>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n

Mr. Wolf has been the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Corporate Secretary since joining the Company in August 2020. Mr. Wolf most recently served as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of US Well Services, Inc., an oil & gas, electric fracturing market leader. From January 2017 to January 2019, Mr. Wolf served as Vice President - Legal for TechnipFMC, a global oil & gas manufacturing and services company, and previously, served as Deputy General Counsel for FMC. From June 2006 until March 2015, Mr. Ballschmiede was Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V.
