The competition between bacteria and viruses (bacteriophages) has taken place on this planet since long before the dawn of mankind. Ever since the beginning of their symbiosis, viral infection and bacterial defense mechanisms have grown more and more sophisticated with one evolving after the other, solely in the interest of survival. Scientists have long endeavored to understand the molecular machineries operating in the battle between bacteria and virus. With the help of recent progress in scientific techniques, our understanding of the interaction between bacteria and viruses is ever increasing. This includes the recent discovery of anti-토토 사이트 순위 proteins.
